Terms of Service

HexFlow is a business management platform (CRM, finance, people, projects and automation) provided by DataHex Digital Solutions LLP. Access is by invitation: your organization's administrator creates your account and controls your permissions.

• Keep your sign-in codes confidential; sessions are personal to you.
• You are responsible for activity performed with your account.
• Notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized access.

Your organization owns its workspace content. We process it solely to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We maintain tenant isolation, encryption and backups, but you remain responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the content you store.

• No unlawful, infringing or abusive content or activity.
• No attempts to breach tenant isolation or probe the platform's security.
• No spam: workspace email features may be used for transactional and operational messages to people who expect them.

We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted operation. We may improve or change features over time; material reductions will be communicated to workspace administrators in advance where reasonably possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of the service is limited to the amounts paid by your organization for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Your organization may stop using the service at any time and request export or deletion of its data. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.
